About Jane Waters, pet and house sitter
Overnight sitting in California, Florida, and the Bahamas
Hi, I'm Jane.
I provide overnight, long-term pet and house sitting for clients with homes in California, Florida, and the Bahamas. I stay in the home for the full duration of every stay — not a drop-in service.
I follow your routines exactly: feeding schedules, walks, medications, and the small daily rhythms that keep pets calm and comfortable. I send photo updates every day so you can actually enjoy your time away.
When you return, the house is tidy, the kitchen is clean, and your pets are settled. That's the standard I hold myself to on every stay, regardless of length or location.
